Apple Ginger Pineapple Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of sliced ginger
1/4 cup of basil
1/2 cup of kale
1 Granny Smith apple chopped
1/2 of chopped pineapple
1 tsp cinnamon

Triple Berry Seamoss
Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2-1 cup of Orange Juice
1/4 cup of Oats
2 Tablespoons of Seamoss
1 cup of Strawberries
